| With core funding from the European Commission’s Information
Society Technologies (IST) Programme, ESIS aims at providing
innovative methodologies, content for the measurement of customer
satisfaction and loyalty for better policy and decision-making on
all levels of society: at company level, at national level, at European
level. |

The main objective is to tackle the problem from data collection
to result interpretation. This requires methodological advances in
the fields of statistical models based on partial least squares (PLS)
modelling and satisfaction index estimation.
The system will deliver index values for individual companies,
industries and sectors as well as the entire economy. It will be
prepared to match the e-Economy as well as e-Government
services.
