   The Project's work     
              
 
 
The project is based on 3 principal concepts :
  1. A tool for the elaboration of an open model of structural equations based on PLS path modelling allowing the estimation and aggregation of indexes from satisfaction and loyalty surveys,

  2. Preceeded by an advanced datawarehouse allowing the users to manage on the Internet the whole of questionnaires they produce,

  3. And followed by a datamining and visualisation module of the results with the production of reports adapted to the World Wide Web diffusion by the administrators of the system.
 
The essential pecularities of the system are:
  • its modular structure for all its components

  • the dynamic and automatic aspect of the management of the imputs, indexes calculation and results.

The ESIS project benefits from research and innovation in a number of areas, notably Web administration and E-commerce, dynamic computation and graphical representation, datamining and statistics, new information technologies.
 
 
The innovative focuses on the following aspects:
  • Devising a system of cost-efficient regular data collection to guarantee high quality and comparability in satisfaction indexes (satisfaction survey datawarehouse)

  • Developing the analysis model using state-of-the art and innovative multivariate techniques to guarantee high statistical quality and a platform for international comparisons

  • Survey grafting in order to make satisfaction measurement compatible with changing satisfaction questionnaire

  • Studying the interaction between satisfied and loyal customers on one side, and the economic performance of the company on the other

  • 3D graphical datamining in the database of international index results
